James "Hutch" Hutchinson is an American bassist who is most well known for his now 30 years as a member of Bonnie Raitt's band. Raitt's own sound combining so many elements from different styles, Hutchinson seems to be the perfect fit. Able to move easily between rock, country, blues, jazz and R&B, Hutchinson has performed and/or recorded with many of the biggest names in music history.
