Stephen Stills is a singer, a songwriter, a guitar player, and has enjoyed 4 decades of a career that has seen him release and tour as a solo artist in his own right and as part of many near legendary bands.

Stills has release over 15 albums under his own name, and in addition another 14 with Crosby, Stills & Nash and Crosby, Stills, Nashy & Young. Add in a few more with Buffalo Springfield and Stills-Young and you end up with a very impressive body of work.

Stills is regarded as an excellent guitarist, as one who likes to experiment with things unimaginable to many other pickers. Soaking strings in barbeque sauce aside, Stills played with bringing different styles to his folk sound. Truly thinking outside the soundhole.
