Original music with Alex Hutchison-Bass, Patrice Bance-Guitar Synthe, Louis Bravo-Percussion and Enoc Velazqeuz-Drums. Play a variety of styles-Jazz, Funk, Samba's, Boss a Nova's and Calypso. Alex plays a 5 string fret less Bass and a 5 string fretted bass. He has recorded and performed with David Haney and Han Bennink. Started Shadoplay in 1981 and performed at 14 consecutive Calgary Jazz Festivals. "Norwegian Rat" was #1 on CJSW FM in 1985.Patrice Bance has performed at 3 Montreal Jazz Festivals.Louis Bravo has performed in Venezuela.Enoc Velazquez has performed in Toronto and Panama.
